Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Freshers role based in Chennai. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The HR Fresher will help with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR database updates,



ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Responsibilities also include coordinating basic HR communications, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
