Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for an in office team in Jaipur. This full-time role involves partnering with leadership to forecast hiring needs, develop role profiles, and manage selection processes that align with the company’s culture and objectives. The HR Manager will administer HR policies,



maintain employee records, handle payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include resolving employee queries, facilitating training and development initiatives, supporting organizational change, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.
