This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing communications, coordinating compliance requirements, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing client communications via phone and email
• Requesting and following up on outstanding documents and information
• Coordinating compliance and administrative processes
• Maintaining accurate client records and workflow tracking
• Supporting the accounting team with client onboarding and ongoing engagements
• Assisting with marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and business development activities
• Ensuring a high standard of client service and timely follow-up

What We Are Looking For:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
