Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves welcoming and assisting patients, managing inquiries in person and over phone or digital channels, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the patient journey. The executive will maintain and update patient records, coordinate appointments,



and follow up with patients on treatment schedules, feedback, and service satisfaction. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with patients, addressing concerns promptly, collaborating with medical and administrative teams, and supporting clinic initiatives to improve service quality and patient retention.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a consistently positive patient experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Client Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to build and sustain long-term relationships with patients and partners.
