Summary

We are seeking a SharePoint Solutions Engineer to design, build, support, and continuously improve modern SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration solutions for the business. This role sits within the Application Engineering team and works closely with business users, solution owners, and IT partners to translate business needs into scalable, intuitive, and maintainable digital solutions.

This role is not intended to be a legacy SharePoint infrastructure administration role. Our SharePoint migration is being handled by a vendor, while this position focuses on the target-state environment:



modern site design, information architecture, automation, governance, user experience, and self-service enablement.

The ideal candidate combines technical capability with robust design and problem-solving aptitude. They should be comfortable working directly with business users, understanding requirements, and translating them into practical solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft technologies.

We are intentionally targeting a strong mid-level profile rather than a deeply tenured legacy administrator. The right person is adaptable, hands-on, curious, and practical, someone who naturally looks for ways to reduce manual work, creates reusable patterns, and improves the end-user experience through automation, self-service, and thoughtful design.
