About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Tele Sales Team Leader to manage and scale our tele-sales operations in Jaipur. If you have proven team management skills, a strong track record in driving sales targets, and mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Tele Sales executives to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
• Efficiently manage lead assignment, workflow, and customer tracking using Zoho CRM.
• Analyze call quality, conversion rates, and sales metrics to optimize team performance.
• Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and pitch improvement trainings.




• Handle customer escalations and ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications• CRM Expertise: Prior experience with Zoho CRM is mandatory.
• Experience: 1–3+ years in Tele Sales / Outbound Sales team management.
• Strong leadership, target-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and improve lead conversion rates.
• Candidates local to or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
