About the Role
Presidency University is seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance students' employability and qualified readiness. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that develop communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, and workplace effectiveness skills among students from diverse academic disciplines.

• Group Discussion and Interview Skills
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive learning sessions.
• Design training content, assessments, activities, and learning materials.
• Prepare students for campus recruitment processes through mock interviews, GDs, and presentation exercises.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.




• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain progress reports.
• Collaborate with placement, academic, and industry teams to align training programs with industry expectations.
• Mentor students on professional development and career readiness.
• Stay updated with current industry trends, corporate expectations, and employability requirements.

Qualifications
Essential
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Management, Psychology, English, Communication, or related disciplines.
• Strong command of English language and communication principles.

Preferred
• Certification in Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, Behavioral Training, Communication Skills, or Corporate Training.
• Additional qualifications in Psychology, HR, Training & Development, or Organizational Behavior will be an advantage.
