Job Responsibilities
· Provide technical and functional support for ERP modules and applications.
· Analyse reported issues, identify root causes, and document solutions.
· Coordinate with ERP consultants for bug fixes and technical issues.
· Test fixes and ensure timely issue resolution.
· Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and security.
· Monitor network performance, system availability, and IT helpdesk requests.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.




· Monitor IT activities for compliance and maintain proper documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and ERP support.
· Sound Knowledge of IT Hardware, Network Infrastructure, Connectivity.
· Should have managed a small size Server Room Server infrastructure. Cloud knowledge.
· Knowledge of networking, server management, firewalls, cloud services, MIS, and SQL.
· Manufacturing ERP experience is essential; textile industry experience preferred.
