We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 4-5 medical counselors, own conversion targets, and ensure every patient interaction is handled with quality and care.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor & manage a team of 4-5 medical counselors.
• Set and track daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Monitor KPIs — call volume, lead conversion, consultation bookings, no-show rates
• Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions and training
• Handle escalations and complex patient queries personally
• Coordinate with hospital partners for smooth patient handoffs
• Share lead quality insights with the marketing team

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4 years in inside sales with minimum 1 year in a leadership role




• Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, hospitals or diagnostics preferred
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Hands-on CRM experience
• Strong analytical ability — comfortable reading reports and acting on data
• Empathetic, patient-first approach with a target-driven mindset
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA a plus)
