Valanchery, Malappuram, Kerala | Full-time | Office-based
• This role is in-office. We're looking for candidates based near Valanchery or willing to relocate.

ROLE SUMMARY
As our Visa Consultant, you will manage end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries. You'll make sure documentation is accurate, applications are submitted on time, and every client gets clear, qualified guidance. You'll work closely with clients, embassies and our internal teams to keep each case moving smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client Handling
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries by email, phone and walk-in on visa requirements, documents and procedures for various countries




• Collect required documents from clients and guide them on anything missing or incorrect
• Keep clients updated on visa progress and follow up on pending documents and payments
• Maintain high standards of service, professionalism and confidentiality

Application Processing
• Verify and process visa applications accurately and in line with requirements
• Schedule biometrics, medicals and embassy appointments
• Handle related services such as attestation, passport processing and other online service requests
• Review pending applications weekly, track progress, and flag delays or issues early

Coordination
• Liaise with embassies, consulates and visa processing centres
• Work with ticketing and operations teams to align travel plans with visa timelines
• Work with the marketing team on lead management and conversions
• Build relationships with embassies, agents and international partners
