EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

• Minimum: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a design, proposal, NPD or manufacturing engineering role in an engineering manufacturing workplace.
• Experience in an aerospace, defence or space industry organisation is mandatory; AS9100 certified organisation preferred.
• Exposure to build-to-print, low-volume high-mix manufacturing and to customer-driven documentation discipline.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

The Engineer must have working knowledge of at least two of Hical’s product categories, and be willing to build competence across the rest. Candidates with hands-on working experience in one or more of these product categories will be strongly preferred.





• Magnetics and wound components – transformers, inductors, coils, chokes
• Wire harnesses and cable assemblies – discrete harnesses, looms, coaxial and shielded assemblies
• Electro-mechanical assemblies and box builds
• Motors – BLDC, PMDC, stepper, servo and synchronous types
• Solenoids and valves- linear and rotary, latching and non-latching
• Actuators and actuator assemblies – electro-mechanical, linear and rotary, Hydraulic Actuators
• Cabinets, racks and panels with complete internal wiring
• Knowledge on Machining and Fabrication parts
