Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, present suitable real estate options,



and guide them through the decision-making process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, managing lead pipelines, coordinating site visits, following up on inquiries, and supporting clients with documentation and basic financial or legal clarifications in coordination with internal teams. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and ethical sales experience. The Sales Specialist is expected to represent Assettrust’s values of transparency, professionalism, and client-first advisory in every interaction.
