Role Brief

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & CEO at Chtrbox. This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic priorities, solving critical gaps, and accelerating growth. You’ll act as an extension of the founder-combining strategy with hands-on execution.

Raj Mishra (Ex Country Head, TikTok)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Founder on key decisions, priorities, and strategy
• Drive high-impact, cross-functional projects focused on growth and expansion
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
• Identify organizational and execution gaps, and step in to solve them
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and ensure robust follow through
• Lead special projects and 0→1 initiatives from concept to execution.
• Define KPIs, OKRs, and performance frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years in consulting, startups, or strategy roles
• Strong problem solver with a bias for action
• Able to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes independently
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• High ownership, discretion, and execution focus
