Role Description The A2P Sales Manager – Telecom Domain / SMS Sales Manager is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves driving sales for A2P SMS and related telecom solutions by building and managing a strong pipeline of enterprise and wholesale clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demos, negotiating commercial terms, preparing proposals, and closing deals.



The manager will maintain relationships with existing customers, coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure service quality, and monitor usage, performance, and revenue. Responsibilities also include market research, competitor analysis, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to pricing and go-to-market strategies for VoiceConnect’s communication services.
Qualifications
• Experience in telecom sales, particularly in A2P SMS, P2P SMS, or related messaging services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and routing.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and business development, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Knowledge of VoIP, messaging platforms, and communication infrastructure, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
