Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves researching target markets, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions aligned with client needs. The Business Development Executive will also manage accounts, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and track performance against sales targets. This is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli, requiring regular interaction with local clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business, including opportunity identification and market research.
• Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
