Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating and scheduling posts, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with the creative team to align social content with ongoing campaigns and brand goals. The role also includes staying updated on platform trends,



testing new content formats, and preparing regular reports and insights to guide future social media initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand objectives and audience needs.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for transparent messaging, engaging captions, and professional interaction with online communities.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and refine strategies.
• Familiarity with visual content formats (images, video, reels, stories) and basic understanding of creative production workflows.
