About SwitchON Foundation & Greenovation Accelerator
SwitchON Foundation (est. 2008) is a mission-driven organization working to strengthen sustainable agriculture, rural livelihoods, and climate resilience. We partner with Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), climate startups, investors, and institutions to build scalable solutions that create both economic and social impact.

The Greenovation Accelerator is our flagship platform for climate-focused startups, SMEs, FPOs, and FPCs working across agriculture, circularity, clean energy, resilience, and other areas of climate action. Through challenge programs, bootcamps, capacity building, mentorship, market linkages,

and connections to capital, Greenovation helps promising organizations strengthen their business foundations and progress toward investment readiness and scale.

Position Overview
The Greenovation Accelerator Co-Lead will lead the end-to-end operational execution, capacity building, and ecosystem coordination for SwitchON’s flagship accelerator programs. Based in Kolkata or Bangalore (Hybrid), this role requires strong program management, field execution, deal flow sourcing, and startup engagement capabilities.

You will work directly with early-stage climate startups, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), NGO partners, mentors, and internal teams to deliver high-impact bootcamps and foster founder communities. This role is highly execution-oriented and suited for an experienced professional who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven environments.
