? We’re Hiring: Civil Project Lead / Operations Head

Empire Tech Global is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who can take ownership of project execution and work closely with the founders.

Role includes:
• Managing warehouse, industrial & civil construction projects
• Site surveys, estimation and project feasibility
• Government tender participation & execution
• Coordinating contractors, vendors and site teams
• Ensuring quality, timelines and construction standards
• Supporting business development and identifying current projects

Preferred experience:
• Strong civil engineering & on-ground execution knowledge
• Experience with PEB / prefabricated / steel structure buildings
• Understanding of BOQs, costing, billing and tenders
• Ability to independently manage projects and take leadership decisions
