We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Developer to design, develop, configure, and enhance enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
? Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM modules
• Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery & Event Management
• Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer and automation
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs & IntegrationHub
• Manage and enhance CMDB & CSDM
• Hands-on experience with Discovery & Service Mapping
• Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues and provide solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities
? Required Skills




✅ 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
✅ Robust experience in ITSM & ITOM
✅ JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML & CSS
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL & ITSM processes
✅ Experience with Discovery, Event Management & CMDB
✅ REST/SOAP API integrations & IntegrationHub
✅ Experience with Flow Designer, Studio IDE & Update Sets
⭐ Preferred
• ServiceNow CSA / CAD / ITSM / ITOM certifications
• Cloud infrastructure & cloud discovery experience
• ServiceNow ACC and advanced CMDB knowledge
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
