Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head – Air Operations to lead Pan-India Air Export & Import Operations, ensuring operational efficiency, SOP compliance, customer satisfaction, team productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Air Export & Import Operations across India.
• Manage and mentor branch Operations teams and drive operational KPIs.




• Air transit warehouse inventory management & Stocks
• Ensure timely shipment execution, documentation, billing, and job closure.
• Monitor Logisys for job status, operational locks, pending costs, billing, vendor invoices, and job closure
• All Operating Airport PD account management.
• Drive SOP implementation, process standardization, and operational compliance.
• Manage airlines, vendors, customs brokers, GHA, transporters, and overseas agents.
• Monitor operational costs, loss-making shipments, claims, and service issues.
• Handle key customer escalations and coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Prepare and review Monthly operational branch performance.
• Monthly management report
• Ensure compliance with IATA, DG,GDP, Customs, and applicable regulations.
