We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Business Development Executive to generate recent business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand our presence across Gurugram and NCR.
Role Overview
The Field Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting regular field visits, meeting decision-makers, understanding customer requirements, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting the complete business development cycle.




This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting customers, developing new accounts, generating leads, and working actively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective customers across Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad, Noida, Delhi, and NCR.
• Identify and approach recent B2B customers through field prospecting, cold calling, networking, inside calling, references, and market research.
• Generate qualified sales leads and maintain a healthy business pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders such as Business Heads, Plant Heads, Procurement Heads, IT Heads, HR Heads, Operations Heads, and senior management.
• Understand client business requirements, current challenges, upcoming projects, and procurement requirements.
