Position: Field Technical Executive (Bhubaneswar and Kolkata)
Salary: INR 20,000 – 25,000 per month plus field expense reimbursement
and performance incentives
Employment: On-roll after a standard probation period
Eligibility: Any graduate (Civil Engineering or Diploma preferred);
1–4 years in construction chemicals, waterproofing or cement sales
preferred

Field Technical Executive – Job Role (IQsolv, Bhubaneswar & Kolkata)

1. Provide in office technical support to contractors, applicators, and builders using IQsolv waterproofing, heatproofing, and corrosion protection products
2. Conduct product demonstrations and application trials at construction sites and dealer premises
3. Support the sales team in follow-ups,



site visits, and closing project leads within the assigned area
4. Cross-sell complementary products from the IQsolv range during routine site and dealer visits
5. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, civil engineers, applicators, and material dealers who influence product decisions
6. Share regular field reports on competitor activity, customer feedback, and new project opportunities
7. Travel extensively within the assigned zone (Bhubaneswar or Kolkata) to service sites and dealer network
8. Communicate effectively in the local language with site-level stakeholder
