We run multipal D2C consumer brands and produce a high volume of performance ad creatives. We're looking for a motion designer/video editor who can take a difficult reference and work out how to build it.

This is not a basic editing role. If your work is mostly cuts, captions and templates, this won't be a fit.

THE WORK

Projects come to you as a reference, a concept, or a described outcome. Figuring out the execution is the job — animation, effects, compositing, edit, sound, final polish.

Most output is short-form performance creative: product ads, UGC edits, mashups and VSLs built to stop a scroll and sell something.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Advanced After Effects — motion graphics, animation, VFX,
compositing
- Kinetic typography and complex transitions
- Solid sense of timing, composition and visual storytelling
- Ability to recreate a complex visual reference accurately
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Sound design sensibility

NICE TO HAVE
- 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D or similar)




- AI video tools

HOW WE WORK

Project-based, per-video. You take a brief, you own the execution, you deliver. No daily standups, no timesheets.

Compensation is per project, based on complexity and finish quality. Typical range: Rs800-Rs2000 per video, with higher budgets for heavier motion and VFX work.

Work is ongoing and consistent — we ship creative continuously across six brands, so this is a repeat relationship, not a one-off gig.
