Business Controller

As a Business Controller, You will report to the General Manager- Product Company, Talegaon (PNB)

Role And Responsibilities -Financial Planning & Analysis

Monitor profitability across product lines, with a focus on Product Cost control, product master data accuracy, and gross profit performance. Maintain and monitor standard costing system.



Prepare product cost bridge. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Ensure accurate product costings and maintain up-to-date financial models. Analyse financial results and variances to provide actionable insights to the management team. Support scenario modelling and business case development to guide strategic decisions.

Supervise all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, asset reporting and input of information into computerized accounting systems. Prepare financial statements and monthly reporting.

Financial Planning & Analysis:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor profitability, product costs, and financial performance.

Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making. Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. Lead and develop the finance team.
