JAIN School of Future Technology is redefining education through work-integrated learning, industry exposure, and future-focused technology programmes. We are looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager to turn digital campaigns into measurable student growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and Programmatic
• Build and scale high-performing lead generation funnels
• Optimize CPA, ROAS, conversions and student enrolments
• Work closely with Admissions, Content and Media teams
• Turn campaign data into actionable growth strategies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR




• Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing or paid acquisition experience
• Higher Education or EdTech experience preferred
• Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and GA4
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with attribution, UTMs, Pixels and Conversions API
• A sharp analytical mindset with a passion for growth and experimentation
