? Role Overview:
• ? Position: Academic Counsellor / Program Advisor (Individual Contributor)
• ? Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
• ⏳ Experience: 1+ Years (EdTech / Higher Education / University Programs preferred)
• ?️ Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)

? What You’ll Do:
• Counsel prospective students & working professionals via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Guide candidates by matching their educational background & goals to ideal university programs.




• Apply a consultative approach to overcome objections and build trust.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipelines to convert qualified leads into enrolments.
• Consistently hit monthly enrolment and revenue benchmarks.

? What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Admissions.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and sales communication workflows.
• Strong target orientation and self-driven attitude.
