Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (B2B Sales) role at NoBrokerHood is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



This role involves identifying and acquiring current gated society and community clients, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. The Territory Sales Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers in residential communities, conducts product demos, and presents tailored solutions that address security, community management, and monetisation needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, meeting revenue and growth targets, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also entails training society stakeholders on using the platform effectively, collecting feedback from clients, and supporting continuous improvement of NoBrokerHood’s offerings.
