Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Nagpur. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct meetings with potential clients in both the Western outsourcing and Indian D2C markets.



Responsibilities include presenting Relay Studios’ architectural offerings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure accurate project delivery, and gathering market feedback to help refine sales strategies. The Sales Executive will regularly report on sales performance, participate in planning activities, and represent the company at industry events or client visits as needed.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and pipeline management, preferably within design, architecture, or related professional services.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex, consultative sales cycles.
