Role Description The Master Data Management (MDM) Reltio Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise master data solutions using the Reltio platform. This contract, on-site role is based in the Greater Bhopal Area and involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define data management strategy, governance, and standards. Day-to-day activities include configuring Reltio data models, managing data integration and quality rules, troubleshooting data issues,



and guiding development teams on best practices. The MDM Reltio Lead will also prepare documentation, support testing, and provide training and guidance to users to ensure consistent and reliable master data across systems.
Qualifications
• Robust experience in Master Data Management, including data modeling, data governance, and data quality practices.
• Hands-on expertise with the Reltio MDM platform, including configuration, integration, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, APIs, cloud data services) and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in consulting or multi-domain environments such as IT, healthcare, banking, or manufacturing.
