Role Description

The Relationship Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Perambakkam branch & tiruvelangadu branch in tiruvallur district.The individual in this role will engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their loan and credit solutions across Shriram Finance’s product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, conducting follow-ups, supporting loan documentation and processing, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
