We are looking for a young, energetic and entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Representative to help us grow our D2C business.
This is a highly demanding and challenging role where you will be expected to take ownership of customer acquisition and sales. You will have a clearly defined sales quota and will be responsible for achieving it.
The role combines D2C sales, digital marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, campaigns and retention.
You will work closely with the founders and get hands-on exposure to how a consumer food brand is built and scaled.Key Responsibilities
D2C Sales & Customer Acquisition




• Own and achieve monthly and quarterly D2C sales targets.
• Generate new customer leads through online and offline channels.
• Convert enquiries, leads and trials into paying customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Promote Pulpy Dive's meal plans, products, subscriptions and offers.
• Identify opportunities to increase average order value and repeat purchases.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.

Digital & Performance Marketing
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition.
• Work on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in creating campaigns, offers, contests and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with content/design teams for social media creatives and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer response.
