At Even Hospitals, we’re looking for a Specialist – Learning & Development to take ownership of one of the most critical parts of our growth — building the capability, compliance, and excellence of our frontline teams. ?

This Is a High-impact Role With Ownership Across

? Strategic Training – Designing and driving induction, continuous learning modules, and refresher programs.

? Operational Alignment – Executing floor-based interventions, process optimization, and product training for diverse clinical and administrative teams.

✅ NABH & Quality Assurance – Championing the rigorous implementation and training of NABH protocols and clinical standards.

?Stakeholder Partnership & Culture – Collaborating with clinical heads and operations managers to close skill gaps and cultivate a high-engagement, future-ready learning culture.





We’re looking for a passionate and strategic L&D; skilled with proven, mandatory experience in the Hospital or Healthcare sector. Deep, hands-on exposure to NABH standards and healthcare regulatory compliance is essential.

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who can step onto the hospital floor, identify skill gaps, partner with clinical leaders, and translate complex protocols into engaging, action-oriented learning experiences.
