We're a couple of experienced brand & growth strategists that bring together a robust penchant for data, a love for digital, a focus on consumer-first communications, a love for pun-ny branding and a passion for growing businesses If you’re in a build state of mind, you’re in the right place.

What we’re building
A brand & growth consultancy aimed at helping consumer brands with promise to meet their growth potential & the right consumers, with an ROI-first mindset. Our approach is to build out tailor-made strategies rooted in the realities of building a digital-first business – across awareness, communication, performance and sales channels. We are advisors, friends, idea boards and guides to the brands we work with.

We are based out of WeWork, Vikhroli in Mumbai. The position will be hybrid and flexible WFH, but we’d want to see each other’s lovely faces at least 2-3 times a week, if not more (later on, probably).

Role & responsibility
1 – Research,



research, reference, reference. Immersing yourself in the industry in question, and being the voice of the consumer in all content conversations
2 – Collaborate with us to develop and implement brand strategies aligned + support development of brand identity and visual systems, and working with the design teams (internal & external) to create guides and sample content strategy, implementation guardrails
3 – Write and / or be able to inspire and evaluate creative, effective and fun copy for assets, social, blogs – for our client brands and The Build Inc. too
4 – Help us make amazing pitches, presentations and reports
5 – Be super open to experiment, learn and jugaad. The odd Canva task should be up your alley, as should a shoot day, or exploring a new business stream + more things we can’t think of just yet ;)
6 – Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices in digital marketing tools and metho
