We’re looking for a designer + videographer who has great taste and wants to build something really cool with us.
At Monvue, you won’t just be making Instagram posts. You’ll be working on pretty much everything visual, daily social content, creative ads, product shoots, reels, motion graphics, launches and random ideas we come up with along the way.
We want someone who can look at a simple idea and think, “How can we make this way cooler?”
Someone who gets fashion, beauty, culture and the internet. Someone who notices good design, saves campaigns on Instagram and has 20 references open at any given time.
What you’ll be doing• Designing our everyday Instagram content
• Creating ads that actually make people stop scrolling
• Making reels, product videos and motion graphics
• Coming up with new, unexpected ways to show our products
• Helping with shoots and figuring out how to make the content look amazing
• Working closely with our marketing and social team
• Experimenting with new formats, AI, animation and whatever else makes sense

What we’re looking forYou don’t need to fit into a perfect box.
You just need to have really good taste, a robust eye and a lot of ideas.
You should be someone who:
• Loves design and visual storytelling
• Knows what looks good (and what doesn’t)
• Can work across both static and video
• Is comfortable with motion graphics/editing
• Doesn’t need to be told exactly what to do
• Can move fast and figure things out
• Is curious and constantly looking for new references
• Isn’t afraid to try something a little different

We’re a startup, so everyone wears multiple hats. Some days you’ll be designing a post, some days you’ll be editing a reel, and some days we’ll be sitting together saying, “Okay, this is cool… but can we make it even better?”
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to execute briefs.
We want someone who wants to make cool things.
