We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused Revenue Operations Analyst to support critical order-to-cash processes that help power exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other business teams to process contracts, billing activities, and operational requests while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. What You'll Do

• Support accurate and timely order-to-cash operations by processing contracts, invoices, billing transactions, and subscription-related activities while maintaining compliance with established controls and service level expectations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success,



Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to facilitate contract requests, resolve operational questions, and deliver an outstanding internal customer experience.
• Manage customer subscription and renewal information within business systems, helping ensure customers receive the products and services they purchase and that account records remain accurate.
• Review contract adjustments, invoice corrections, and credit requests by validating order history, billing details, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Administer and process opportunities, quotes, contracts, and related transactions within Salesforce and Workday while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
