Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting• Manage overall financial controllership and accounting operations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, provisions and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Ind AS.

Cost Control & Profitability• Monitor and control company expenses.
• Analyse costs related to procurement, imports, logistics, marketing, manpower and operations.
• Identify cost overruns and opportunities for cost savings.
• Analyse product, channel and business profitability.
• Support management in improving margins and profitability.

Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A;• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Perform Budget vs. Actual and variance analysis.
• Build financial models and business scenarios.
• Track key business KPIs, revenue, margins and expenses.




• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Cash Flow & Working Capital• Monitor cash flow, collections, payables and working capital.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and fund requirement plans.
• Improve receivable and payable cycles.
• Monitor inventory and cash conversion efficiency.

Audit & Compliance• Coordinate and lead statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

Business Finance• Work closely with Business, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Provide financial analysis for pricing, procurement, investments and expansion.
• Prepare business cases and ROI analysis.
• Support management with data-driven financial recommendations.

Team & Process Management• Develop finance policies, SOPs and internal controls.
• Improve finance processes, reporting and automat
