Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Team Lead will oversee a team of counselors or coordinators, ensuring efficient delivery of MBA admission guidance and services. Daily responsibilities include assigning and monitoring tasks, tracking student cases, maintaining quality standards in counseling and documentation, and resolving escalated concerns. The Team Lead will coordinate with management to implement processes, report performance metrics,



and support strategic initiatives. The role also involves mentoring team members, organizing training sessions, and fostering a collaborative, client-focused work environment.
