Role Description The Computer Operator role at Apollo Group Mining is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The Computer Operator will handle day-to-day computer operations, including data entry, system monitoring, and routine maintenance of office software and databases. This role will support back office operations by preparing reports, updating records, and ensuring accurate documentation of mining and administrative activities. The Computer Operator will maintain high standards of computer literacy, perform typing and formatting tasks, and help troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues. The position also involves clear communication with team members and coordination with various departments to support smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Computer Operations and Back Office Operations skills to manage data, systems, and documentation effectively.




• Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy and Typing skills to work efficiently with office software, databases, and digital tools.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, report issues, and support cross-functional tasks.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email tools, and basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in computer applications or IT-related field is an advantage.
