Role Description The Beckhoff PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning automation solutions using Beckhoff hardware and TwinCAT software. Day-to-day tasks include developing PLC logic, configuring I/O and fieldbus systems, creating HMI/SCADA interfaces, and troubleshooting control systems during installation and operation. The role also involves collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams, preparing documentation, and supporting customers during on-site deployment and maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi,



requiring hands-on work with equipment and systems at customer and company locations.
Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Beckhoff PLCs, TwinCAT programming, and industrial automation control systems.
• Experience with fieldbus and communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, Modbus, TCP/IP) and industrial I/O configuration.
• Skills in HMI/SCADA development, interface design, and integration with PLC-based control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and technical documentation for automation projects.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, and root-cause analysis for PLC and field devices.
• Good understanding of industrial safety standards and best practices in machine and process automation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and customer teams.
