Role DescriptionThe Business Development Intern – B2B Cybersecurity Sales role is a full-time internship position focused on generating and developing B2B sales opportunities for TMG Security.
The intern will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, researching organizations and decision-makers, conducting outbound prospecting, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B cybersecurity sales,



lead generation, prospecting, client communication, cybersecurity services, pipeline management, and end-to-end business development.
Key Responsibilities• Research and identify potential B2B clients across relevant industries and markets.
• Build and maintain a qualified prospect database.
• Identify key decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Security Heads, and Compliance professionals.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, company research, referrals, directories, and other outbound channels.
• Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach to prospective clients.
• Make cold calls and initiate conversations with potential customers.
• Understand prospect requirements and identify potential cybersecurity needs.
• Conduct initial lead qualification and determine whether an prospect is relevant for TMG Security.
• Schedule discovery calls
