WE ARE HIRING - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER / SALES MANAGER

Our product portfolio includes RF Components, Electro-Mechanical Components, Passive Components, Power Modules, Interconnect Components, and Wireless Products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Manage key customer accounts, inventory, receivables, and backlog.
• Develop new customers and generate business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and suppliers.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) on leads, projects, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and joint visits with suppliers/principals as required.




• Handle customer rejections, RMA, and other account-related issues.
• Prepare sales forecasts and provide market intelligence to the team.
• Drive adoption of the Unified Product Basket across key accounts.
• Follow sales processes, territory planning, and forecasting activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate with 5-10 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management.
• Experience handling key accounts / large customers in the domestic market.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, flexible, and results-oriented.
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP tools such as Zoho / ERPNext.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
