About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in international business development, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities• Research and generate databases of key decision-makers from Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, and AEC companies using web research and other sources.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the US market.
• Generate qualified appointments through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation channels.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Maintain and regularly update prospect and lead databases.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture business relationships.




• Coordinate with the sales/business development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and appointments.
• Track outreach activities, responses, appointments, and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on the US AEC market, industry trends, and potential target companies.

Requirements• 2+ years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development for international markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with US-based prospects.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and web research.
• Solid research, prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry will be an added advantage.
