About the Role

RBZ Jewellers is looking for a Merchandiser – Diamond & Polki Jewellery to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in jewellery merchandising/product planning, with solid knowledge of Diamond & Polki jewellery and a good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle merchandising and product planning for Diamond & Polki jewellery.
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor offerings.
• Plan and develop product assortments and new collections based on market demand.
• Coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Production and Sales teams for product development and execution.
• Monitor product performance, pricing,



margins and inventory movement.
• Identify new product opportunities and support category growth.
• Ensure product assortments are aligned with market requirements and business objectives.

Candidate Profile
• 2–10 years of relevant experience in jewellery merchandising/product planning.
• Strong knowledge of Diamond & Polki jewellery is mandatory.
• Good understanding of jewellery market trends, designs and customer preferences.
• Strong analytical, commercial and coordination skills.
• Exposure to Bridal/Traditional jewellery will be an added advantage.
