We're building inback for the growing Shopify ecosystem, and we're looking for someone who can help us bring inback to more D2C brands.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who enjoys talking to people, understanding businesses, and turning conversations into opportunities.
Your role will involve identifying potential Shopify D2C brands, starting conversations with founders and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and showing them how inback can help their business.
This is not a role where you only book meetings for someone else.
You will be responsible for handling prospects independently — from the first conversation and product demo to follow-ups, handling objections, and working towards conversion.
You will also be responsible for building relationships with Shopify development agencies and creating referral partnerships that can generate new business for inback.
You'll work closely with the team and play an key role in growing inback's customer base.

Outbound Prospecting
• Identify potential Shopify & D2C brands that could benefit from inback.
• Research brands, founders, and relevant decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls confidently to start conversations and generate opportunities.
• Use LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels for prospecting and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
• Qualify prospects based on their business requirements and potential fit for inback.
