Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Civil Engineer for our residential/commercial projects. The candidate should be ready to relocate to our projects in Kerala/Bangalore. The Civil Engineer will oversee the design and implementation of the construction project, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include reviewing civil engineering designs, planning and managing construction projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring proper QA/QC implementations.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with understanding of structural, geotechnical, and infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers, supporting planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks.
• Knowledge of Planning processes for construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation,



and documentation.
• Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g. AutoCAD or similar) and MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
• Positive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with site teams and stakeholders.
• Internship or project experience in construction, infrastructure, or related civil engineering work is an advantage

Experience
• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering: 1–2 years’ experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering: 3–5 years’ experience
