The Sales Associate is the frontline execution force of Hopcharge's Sales & Business Development team.
Operating directly in the field, the Sales Associate is responsible for generating leads from Automobile OEM dealerships, CPOs and RWAs, converting enquiries into CaaS (Charging-as-a-Service) subscription sales,conducting dealership training sessions, and maintaining full operational compliance across all tools and reporting requirements. This is a high-ownership, high-activity individual contributor role — best suited for someone who thrives in the field and is hungry to build a career in India's fastest-growing EV ecosystem.

More specifically, VPG is a software-led distributed mobile energy storage solution (MESS) in front of the meter (FTM) — a bridge between the distribution grid and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation: Generate daily leads from assigned OEM dealerships, charging stations, RWAs, and field
events; log every lead in the designated tool on the same day without exception
● Outbound Calling & Pipeline Management: Call all assigned leads via the designated calling platform;
record remarks and next call-to-action for every intera
