Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Pega GCB5 Engineer with strong Pega CDH experience to design, develop, test and deploy scalable solutions aligned with business and IT initiatives.
The candidate will work closely with business analysts, project managers, technical architects, developers and global technology teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end Pega CDH solutions.
Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, test and deploy maintainable solutions within the Pega PRPC Rules environment with Pega CDH.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
• Provide Pega technical expertise, solution design and development support.
• Design class structures, application frameworks and data models.
• Perform performance tuning, log analysis and defect resolution.
• Participate in architecture design reviews, code walkthroughs, performance reviews and security reviews.
• Collaborate with global technology teams on implementation,



production support, transition and project lifecycle governance.
• Develop reusable assets, frameworks and solution packs.
• Support Pega CDH best-practice implementation and delivery lifecycle.
• Guide development teams on technical solutions and Pega standards.
• Support Pega version upgrades and parallel development activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills• Robust hands-on experience with Pega CDH and Pega PRPC.
• Experience with SOAP, REST and other Pega-provided APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, XML, Java and SQL.
• Valuable understanding and practical implementation of Situation Layer Cake concepts.
• Strong understanding of Pega CDH architecture.
• Experience with Pega version upgrades and parallel development.
• Experience with indexing, archiving, purging and session management.
• Experience with customized logging and custom guardrails.
• Strong knowledge of PDC, class dependencies and rule
