About the Role:
This is a highly interactive, communication driven role involving daily engagement with business partners and their teams through phone calls, video conferences, and structured meetings.



The position combines account management, relationship building, partner onboarding, training, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, a confident and engaging personality, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to independently manage multiple accounts. The individual must be comfortable leading conversations, explaining processes, conducting training sessions, and taking complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
