Role Description
The New Product Development Associate will support the end-to-end development of health and wellness products, from concept through launch, in a full-time on-site role based in Connaught Place. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and consumer research, collaborating with R&D; to refine formulations, and coordinating product testing and validation. The associate will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations,



and quality to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and timely delivery. The role also involves preparing documentation, tracking project milestones, analyzing product performance data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for existing and current product lines.
Qualifications
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), particularly in health, wellness, nutrition, or related consumer products.
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
• Project management abilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources across multiple initiatives.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in product development, including concept ideation, prototyping, and validation.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in health and wellness products is an advantage.
