Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that project work on site aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full-time, in office role is based in Ahmedabad and involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and civil engineers, monitoring structural work, and resolving technical issues at the project location. The Site Engineer will review drawings, supervise execution of civil and structural works, track progress against schedules, and maintain accurate site records.



The role also includes conducting inspections, supporting quality control procedures, and communicating updates to the project team to keep work on time and within scope.
Qualifications
• Ability to manage on-site construction activities and coordinate day-to-day operations on site.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Experience in quality control, including inspection of works, adherence to standards, and documentation of site activities.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical application in building projects.
• Background as a civil engineer or related discipline with familiarity in architectural and civil drawings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior site supervision experience preferred.
